Responsibilities & Qualifications
Four years of experience that demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the concepts, principles, regulations, and policies governing Federal EEO programming including relevant judicial and administrative decisions OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above. Knowledge of the organizational structure of the Marine Corps MCCS activities including their mission, and composition of the workforce by occupation, relative grade level, race, sex, and other relevant characteristics. Knowledge of the EEO complaint and adjudication processes in the Federal sector. Skill in oral and written communication sufficient to develop and present cogent arguments for the acceptance of controversial points-of-view. This is a white‑collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
