Seeking a Payroll Specialist to support high-volume, multi-state payroll processing during a long-term contract assignment. Role will assist with full-cycle payroll while supporting an ERP system transition.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll for 500+ employees (hourly & salaried)
Enter, review, and correct timecards in Payroll System
Handle payroll adjustments, manual checks, and reconciliations
Support payroll tax compliance and reporting
Process garnishments, wage verifications, and journal entries
Qualifications
3–5 years high-volume payroll experience required
ERP experience required
Strong Excel and attention to detail
Experience with payroll taxes and multi-state payroll
