Triple Oak Power is hiring a
Finance Analyst
to support the development, financing, and sale of a growing pipeline of renewable energy projects across the United States.
This role offers hands‑on exposure to project finance, M&A, and the full renewable energy development lifecycle. The Analyst will work closely with senior leaders across finance, development, and operations, with direct visibility into executive‑level decision‑making. This position is designed as a
training ground , with the expectation that strong performers will grow into other commercial, development, operations, or finance roles within the company over time.
Responsibilities
Maintain TOP’s development pipeline tracker, budgets, and key project metrics
Assist in financial modeling and valuation of renewable energy projects and potential acquisitions
Review and synthesize third‑party consultant reports (engineering, insurance, transmission)
Research and present financial and industry analyses to support management decisions
Support internal diligence, risk assessment, and cross‑functional execution of transactions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Math, or another rigorously quantitative field
0–3+ years of experience in project finance, banking, public accounting, M&A, or a similar role; experience in renewables or the Energy & Power sector preferred
Demonstrated interest in debt and equity fundraising and willingness to learn complex renewable energy project finance models
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
Passion for renewable energy, demonstrated leadership potential, and willingness to travel as needed
Additional Requirements
Preference for candidates currently residing in or with ties to the Pacific Northwest
