
Fund Accountant

We are seeking a Fund Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. This is an environment for a public accounting professional looking to transition into a high-visibility, private-side role where you will oversee cash management, investor reporting, and transaction execution.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements and investor capital account schedules for institutional fund structures
Coordinate annual audit and tax processes with external partners
Manage lender compliance reporting, debt schedules, and loan-related activity
Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee cash management activities, including wires, projections, and bank reconciliations across multiple entities
Assist with quarterly and annual financial projections and support investor-facing reporting
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
Required Skills
Must have a strong background in Public Accounting.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, "large company" environment.
Advanced Excel skills are essential. Experience with institutional-grade ERPs.
Exceptional presence and communication skills, as you will respond to sophisticated investor inquiries and partner requests.
