Our client, a medical device manufacturing company, is seeking an Operator I to join their team. As an Operator I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting cleanroom production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive, safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range / Shift
$21.18 per hour | 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Responsibilities
Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices, including catheters and related assemblies, under close supervision.
Maintain compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and FDA regulations while performing routine tasks.
Complete accurate written and electronic documentation to ensure product traceability and quality control.
Handle and assemble small components using tools and microscopes within a cleanroom environment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation to support production goals.
Qualifications
Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
Manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks such as gripping, pinching, pulling, and twisting.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time in a production environment.
Clear communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with team members and internal customers.
Ability to comply with strict cleanroom gowning, safety, and dress code requirements.
Education verification is not required for Operator I roles in Irvine.
Preferred experience includes medical device assembly, microscope work, hand soldering, cleanroom experience, and documentation practices.
