Office Coordinator – Lansing, MI
The role involves providing support to executive leadership through administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, visitors, calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential files. The candidate must be detail‑oriented, energetic, capable of working independently, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support executive leadership by handling routine administrative matters independently.

Screen and manage phone calls, visitors, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Organize and maintain corporate, client, governmental, and confidential files.

Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and presentations.

Coordinate corporate meetings, office activities, and staff itineraries.

Organize incoming mail and distribute information as appropriate.

Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information.

Continually seek ways to improve office efficiency and workflow.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Business with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or
High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of proven secretarial/administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
