Vital Medical Transport is seeking a
Vehicle Lube Technician
to support our fleet operations. This role is critical to ensuring our ambulances and support vehicles remain
safe, reliable, and ready to serve patients
at all times.

automotive experience, strong attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining vehicles , we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a Vehicle Lube Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep our fleet running at peak performance:
Perform
oil and oil filter changes
Scan vehicles for
diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
Check and top off fluids (coolant, brake fluid, transmission, washer fluid)
Inspect and maintain
tires
(rotation, inflation, replacement, TPMS)
Test and maintain
batteries and electrical systems
Inspect
air and cabin filters
Check all
vehicle lighting , including emergency lights
Perform
basic brake work
(pads/rotors as needed)
Conduct
routine vehicle inspections
and report issues
Maintain accurate service records in
Traumasoft
Ensure compliance with
safety standards, PPE, and shop protocols
Keep workspace
clean and organized

What We’re Looking For
Basic knowledge of
automotive systems and maintenance
Ability to use
hand tools and shop equipment
Strong
attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
Valid
driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to
lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills
Own
basic automotive tools
Preferred Qualifications
Previous
automotive or mechanical experience
ASE certification
(a plus, not required)
High School Diploma or GED
Requirements of Employment
Pass
pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
Maintain compliance with company policies and certifications
May require
annual health screenings
Work Environment
Indoor/outdoor work in varying conditions
Physically active role (lifting, bending, standing)
Exposure to automotive fluids and shop environment
