Responsibilities
Confirm and review orders to ensure complete accuracy before routing and pallet creation.
Utilize advanced routing software to plan and optimize delivery routes.
Create and organize pallet builds for warehouse teams.
Develop and coordinate route schedules across all company branches.
Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and management regarding order and route updates.
Monitor dispatch data to identify discrepancies or potential issues.
Maintain organized records and assist in troubleshooting any routing or order challenges.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance routing efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and analytical skills for effective problem‑solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
Forklift certification preferred; company provides certification if needed.
