About this team
The global brand casting team sources and curates the faces, voices and creators who bring our product to life across PDP, social and campaigns. Small, fast and obsessively tasteful, we own scouting, roster curation and the contracts and logistics that turn a booking into work. Existing as a center of excellence for brand casting, we partner with Creative Ops and Studio Ops for production logistics and collaborate with Sports Marketing, Brand Marketing and Brand Creative to ensure every selection serves the creative concept while honoring our casting ethos, commercial priorities and the marketing brief. Operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, we partner cross‑functionally to deliver casting that balances creative excellence with operational rigor. As a team, we value precision, accountability and strong communication, bringing clarity and structure to complex workflows while fostering a positive and seamless talent experience.
A day in the life: what you'll do
The casting coordinator, global casting is the operational backbone of the casting team – owning the systems, logistics and coordination that enable casting to move at speed and scale. This role supports execution across studio, North America, and global campaign work, ensuring that every booking is delivered with precision, clarity and a seamless talent experience.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Global Casting, and cross‑functional partners, you will bring structure to fast‑moving workflows, connect teams across Casting, Studio Ops, Creative Ops, and Production, and ensure that casting operations run efficiently from brief through to booking and wrap.
Cross‑functional coordination & partnerships
Act as a key connector between global casting, studio operations, creative operations, production and creative teams to ensure alignment across timelines, deliverables, priorities.
Build strong, reliable working relationships with cross‑functional partners to support smooth execution.
Casting operations & logistics
Own end‑to‑end casting logistics across studio, North America and global campaign workstreams.
Manage booking workflows including talent holds, confirmations, scheduling and communications.
Ensure all casting deliverables are executed accurately, on time and in alignment with production needs.
Support high‑volume casting and daily studio operations with consistency and attention to detail, operational excellence, and workflow optimization.
Maintain and continuously improve casting systems, trackers and documentation.
Bring structure and visibility to workflows, ensuring all stakeholders have clarity on status and next steps.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, driving efficiency, scalability and consistency across casting operations.
Support the team in refining ways of working as casting volume and complexity evolves.
Talent operations & experience
Support contracts, purchase orders, onboarding and compliance processes for talent.
Ensure all talent logistics and documentation are handled with accuracy and care.
Contribute to a seamless, professional and positive experience for talent from booking through to execution.
Partner with internal teams to ensure talent needs are anticipated and supported on set.
Team support & execution
Act as the right hand to the casting team, proactively supporting priorities and team needs.
Troubleshoot challenges in real time, resolving issues with speed and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Contribute to a collaborative, accountable and detail‑oriented team environment.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in casting coordination, production, operations or a related field.
Proven experience managing logistics, scheduling or high‑volume workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple workstreams.
Experience supporting budget coordination, tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with booking workflows, contracts, purchase orders (POs) and talent‑related processes is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with both creative and operational partners in a fast‑paced environment.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$56,800-74,000 USD
annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
