Primary Purpose
Designs, implements, and supports network services across data center, campus, and cloud, improving reliability through automation and observability.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in‑person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design network changes and implement configurations safely.
Automate routine tasks and configuration baselines.
Enhance monitoring, alerting, and packet level diagnostics.
Execute upgrades, patches, and lifecycle refreshes.
Troubleshoot incidents and drive problem resolution.
Document standards, diagrams, and operational guides.
Collaborate with security and platform teams on segmentation and access controls.
May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
5+ years
of experience in enterprise networking, including routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), SD‑WAN deployments, enterprise wireless (Aruba, Cisco WLC), and network security.
Hands‑on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), Zscaler, ClearPass, and Infoblox.
Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) and monitoring/observability tools (SolarWinds, Datadog).
Effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to cloud networking constructs.
Understanding of capacity modeling and performance testing.
Preferred certifications:
Cisco CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, Fortinet FCP, and Aruba ACSP.
Salary Range
$125,040 - $187,560
