Lightera is seeking a Talent & Development Specialist who will co-design, implement, and sustain talent strategies within a global manufacturing context. The role encompasses leadership development, management of the Learning Management System, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Learning & Development, alongside strong communication and facilitation skills. This position includes approximately 25% travel across the United States. A Bachelor's degree is required.
