Briefing Attorney Wanted
We’re a growing Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a Briefing Attorney to assist our litigation department. The position will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions, filing petitions, and assisting the firm’s litigation dockets. Responsibilities
Conduct Legal Research
Perform legal analysis
Draft motions and responses to opposing counsel’s motions
Assist in Trial Preparation
Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree
Texas State Bar licensed
Must be able to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Research/Writing skills
Judicial Clerk/Law Review background a plus
