Role
Responsible for supervising all Cages, promoting outstanding customer service, protecting company funds, and maintaining compliance of all regulations, company policies, and industry standards, during an assigned shift.

Responsibilities

Exercises supervisory control over supervisors, main bank, and cashier functions in all designated cage areas.

Enforces all Company and departmental policies and procedures.

Ensures compliance with state and Federal regulations.

Oversees preparation of daily bank deposit.

Safeguards all of the Company's assets in their control.

Approves and establishes guest credit.

Observes and evaluates cage personnel.

Prepares weekly schedules for cage personnel.

Interacts with both internal and external guests.

Observes and assists during shift change in all designated cage areas.

Other duties may be assigned.
