Dishwasher Responsibilities include:
Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere
Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition
Strictly adhere to PSL procedures regarding infection control, foodborne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, sanitization, promptly reporting any transgression to supervisor
Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with PSL policy and procedures
Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner
Dishwasher Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 1 year working in food service industry preferred
Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
