As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll provide exceptional service in a clean, safe environment, ensuring Guests have unforgettable experiences. Whether greeting, serving, or maintaining the atmosphere, you’ll help create the memorable moments that keep Guests coming back.
What You’ll Do:
Provide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment
Greet Guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
Verify that Guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age
Maintain full knowledge of bar and menu items, and provide recommendations
Accurately take food and beverage orders from Guests at the bar in a timely manner
Deliver food and beverage orders within designated time frames
Consistently utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales
Set up the bar and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
Assist in ordering liquor and bar‑related supplies as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Food Handler Certification required
Applicable State Certification for Alcohol Service required
Minimum of 1 year of experience working at a full‑service bar
Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation
Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently bend, kneel, reach or twist
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation required
Adherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
