Hourly wage: $18.00 – $20.00

Shift Schedule
Week 1: Thursday and Sunday, 6:00 am–6:00 pm; Week 2: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00 am–6:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Advocate of empathy — create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
Generous gift giver — share talents and be dependable and supportive to colleagues.
Invest with heart — foster an inclusive, positive environment for residents, staff, and community.
Engaged egghead — stay curious, ask questions, seek growth and training within the organization.
Proactive — assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care).
Qualifications
Age 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
Positive, energetic attitude and passion for caring for residents.
Basic computer skills for printing and data entry.
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift, and move up to 50 pounds.
Able to assist residents with mobility and fall response.
Must be criminally cleared.
