Position Overview
W2 Account – Dedicated Account – Semi‑local job operating in AR, IA, IN, IL, MD, MI, MN, MO, OH, TN, and WI.
Schedule & Compensation
Work 5 days with 2 consecutive days off.
Account operates 7 days a week; driver must be flexible on days worked.
Start time: 0700 – 1100.
Shift length: 11–13 hours.
The driver will be on the truck an average of 2–3 nights per week.
Average compensation: $1500+ weekly.
Job Responsibilities
Haul unprocessed plastics for recycling from customer sites in AR, IA, IN, IL, MI, MD, MN, MO, OH, TN and WI to the Republic recycling center in Indianapolis, IN.
Depart from Indianapolis with an empty trailer, load at the customer site, and return to the recycling center for unloading.
Scale the load on both pickup and delivery.
Perform live load/unload and drop/hook operations.
No touch freight.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 months of Class A truck driving experience with a 53‑foot trailer.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Clean background check.
No SAP drivers.
Must pass a hair and urine drug test and a DOT physical.
