Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply of materials.

Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand raw material requirements and forecast demand.

Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance to optimize sourcing decisions.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.

Resolve supplier issues, such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and price discrepancies.

Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement function.

Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to raw material sourcing.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a material buyer, procurement specialist or in supply chain

Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence suppliers to achieve favorable terms.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in supplier management and contract negotiation.

Familiarity with procurement software and systems (e.g., ERP, eSourcing platforms).

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
