
Supply Chain Facility Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Supply Chain Facility Coordinator for the Lancaster Warehouse in Texas. The Supply Chain Facility Coordinator is an office warehouse position and is responsible for executing processes enabling communication between the warehouse, our vendors, and our stores. This Associate will provide administrative and clerical assistance to the Lancaster Warehouse team. The Supply Chain Facility Coordinator will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
General Responsibilities
Manage administrative and office tasks for Texas Warehouse team, such as answering phones and emails, scheduling inbound deliveries with vendors, reconciling store credits and discrepancies, preparing paperwork for driver notes and shuttles, as well as other administrative tasks
Schedule and amend vendor appointments, communicate with the MP team, delivery team, night crew, OSC, SOC and Stores
Utilize our ERP (comprehensive software system) and WMS (inventory management) platforms for key data entry and critical tasks that will help set up the warehouse daily
Ability to learn and use Highjump to complete orders
Assist with Warehouse and Delivery paperwork, such as processing shuttle paperwork for Colorado and Tennessee
Will complete basic mail tasks
Make daily lunch run to local store in company vehicle. Occasionally make a run in company vehicle to FedEx to drop off mail.
Will Order pull PNP orders daily using RF scanner. Receive in PNP product. Includes scanning product into our inventory, physically putting away and stocking.
Will be trained and certified on Forklift/Rider Jack
Assist with pulling and processing call orders, reefer temperature checks, audit store pallets
Manage Store responsibilities and paperwork - Process and resolve inventory discrepancies with stores
Process returns to Depots, warehouse, credit transactions, and QC returns
Manager vendors, such as Scheduling and Amending Appointments through RIS, OTM and HighJump; Run POs and PO Listings
Communicate daily with Stores and Vendors through phone or email
Manage Store add-ons; Process and pull Orders
Execute inventory transactions within ERP and WMS platforms
Work with other administrative assistants in other departments to set up meetings
Excellent communication and writing skills – will draft correspondences, prepare reports and presentations
Full-time position, Hourly Non-exempt
The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.
Hours: 10am-8:30pm
Some overtime will be required

Qualifications for INO associates
In-N-Out Burger Store experience: Level 5 or above preferred (current or prior Store experience)
Must be computer, tech, and desktop PC savvy - Knowledge and use of Microsoft office suite programs
Has an interest in learning about and working in a Warehouse environment; Work environment is near mechanical parts, heavy equipment, near forklift traffic
Additional Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills, Administrative/typing, Phone, and strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills – Associate will use multiple computer software programs, such as: MS Office 365, Cobra, Highjump, Asana, Oracle, etc.
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn about Warehouse and Distribution facilities
Teamwork skills – Ability to collaborate, be Adaptable, Reliable, and enjoys being a part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communication with all levels of management
Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a deadline-drive environment
Strong time management and interpersonal skills
Proven history of providing outstanding customer service while proactively troubleshooting/problem solving
Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while remaining organized, efficient and flexible
