Role Overview
We’re seeking an
Innovation Program Lead/Assistant
to support our innovation programs and client workshops. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on workshop experience and a strong foundation in design thinking who enjoys guiding teams, asking the right questions, and helping clients shift their mindset.
You’ll work closely with Facilitators and cross‑functional teams to deliver engaging workshops, develop materials, and contribute to client strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Support and co‑facilitate design thinking workshops and innovation programs.
Guide discussions by providing insights, examples, and thoughtful questions.
Assist in developing workshop materials, presentations, and reports.
Document sessions and create client‑ready deliverables.
Conduct market, industry, and user research to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals and execution.
Support client presentations, pitch events, and program coordination.
Prepare workshop reports.
Prepare workshop materials.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
3+ years of experience in workshop facilitation, design strategy, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Design Thinking and human‑centered design.
Experience supporting or leading workshops or training sessions.
Strong user interview skills with hands‑on experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing interviews.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Background in product management, business development, or design.
Experience with service design or innovation programs.
Comfortable working with global teams and clients.
