Technical Program Manager

## Job Description# Technical Program Manager* Develop and iterate on the strategy for R&D testing with cross-functional stakeholders from engineering, operations, finance, and procurement.* Organize a document management system for related processes and ensure roles and responsibilities are understood by all stakeholders.* Ensure operations teams have the proper resources to meet the company’s testing requirements.* Establish standard reports and regular program meetings to provide effective communications to key stakeholders on program status, issues, and accomplishments.* Manage relationships with external testing providers, including proving grounds and test equipment suppliers.* Define and manage the budget for test tracks, test equipment, and other resources to support testing in closed-course environments.* Maintain a strong technical understanding of vehicle platforms, software lifecycle, clearance processes, and test operations.* In-depth experience with system architecture, safety-critical systems, corporate strategy, or test and validation.* Previous technical program management experience.* Product development experience at an automotive company or a Tier 1 auto OEM.* A strong track record in managing complex cross-functional projects or facilities.* Experience with developing and scaling strategy, processes, plans, and procedures.* Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization.*Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
