As a Media Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
You are the backbone of our campaign execution, ensuring seamless media planning and technical implementation across our platforms. You act as the central interface between sales, agencies, and adtech teams to optimize healthcare communication. You decide where you work: Germany-wide from your home office, at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Strategic Media Planning: You manage the entire media lifecycle, from checking technical availabilities and creating custom offers to the implementation of high-impact campaigns.

Technical Tool Ownership: You leverage your expertise in digital tools to ensure data accuracy and smooth technical handling of all media assets.

Central Communication Hub: You serve as the primary point of contact for media agencies and internal sales teams, translating complex requirements into actionable project steps.

Cross-Functional Coordination: You orchestrate the flow of information between international stakeholders and local project teams, ensuring that campaign goals are aligned and deadlines are met.

Reporting Coordination & Quality Control: You act as the final checkpoint for campaign reports, ensuring data accuracy before distributing them to the respective stakeholders and partners.

Consultative Support: You support the sales team in client meetings by providing technical expertise on media inventory and targeting options.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Media & Tech Affinity: You have a degree or vocational training with initial experience in media planning, ad-operations, or a comparable commercial field.

Tool Proficiency: You are a power user of MS Office (especially Excel) and the G-Suite ecosystem. You are adept at learning new software and ideally already have initial experience with Salesforce to manage complex workflows.

Communication Skills: You are a skilled communicator who acts as a professional interface, seamlessly aligning the needs of Sales and Account Management with our technical departments.

Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with numbers, have a high attention to detail, and a structured approach to complex project management.

Language Skills: Excellent English skills (written and spoken) are required, along with good German language skills.

AI Proficiency: You are comfortable working with common AI agents and have initial experience in prompting to enhance your efficiency and streamline operational workflows.

WHAT WE OFFER

Flexibility: With us, you can organize your working hours to suit you and your team and work wherever you want thanks to our Germany-wide remote concept.

Impact: Do you want to create real added value with your work? With us you have the chance! With your work on relevant digital health topics, you will actively drive digitalization in the healthcare sector, improve communication between pharma and the medical profession and ultimately the treatment of patients.

Goodies: With us, you will receive an allowance every month that you can use according to your needs (e.g. for shopping, refuelling, leisure time and much more), an allowance to set up your home office workstation, job bike leasing, attractive employee discounts and much more.

Welfare: We offer subsidies for the company pension scheme, a functioning company health management programme (BGM) and a subsidy for membership of one of the largest German company fitness providers.

Free time: We attach great importance to a good work‑life balance and, in addition to 30 days' holiday, we also offer you the chance to take a sabbatical and a paid social day where you can get involved in voluntary work.
