The Supervisor, Mail Order/OTC Pharmacy Distribution processes and dispenses or directly supports the processing and dispensing of Traditional and Over The Counter prescription orders to be mailed to patients' homes and handles complex and/or escalated issues. The Supervisor, Mail Order/OTC Pharmacy Distribution works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.
The Supervisor, Mail Order/OTC Pharmacy Distribution resolves problems related to department processes. Analyzes distribution and supports pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Assists Pharmacists in medication preparation and dispensing directly or through program/process development. Complies with all Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), federal, state, and company regulations, policies, and procedures. Decisions are typically related to schedule, plans and daily operations. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature.
Supervises a team of Pharmacy Technicians
Coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight of team to ensure performance and quality standards are met
Holds team members accountable for following established policies
The position reports to the Manager, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution

Required Qualifications
2 or more years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy OR any factory/warehouse setting experience
Must have an active registration/license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of Florida OR the ability to become registered within 6 months of hire
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience or any leadership related experience to include coaching and developing associates formally or informally
Bachelor's degree
National Certification through PTCB or CphT (ExCPT/NHA)
Work Hours
8-hour shift Monday-Friday with shifts to be determined based on business need
Overtime (Can include weekends-Saturday and/or Sunday) based on business needs

$59,300 - $80,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
