Position Summary

Pay
$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 6:30 am‑4:30 pm
Warehouse Scope
Materials handled: electronic material, computers
Equipment: sit‑down forklift, stand‑up forklift, computer, RF scanner

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
≥1 year powered industrial truck experience preferred
≥1 year as a team lead preferred
≥1 year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred
≥1 year prior warehouse experience preferred
Advanced RF scanner experience required
Valid forklift operator’s license
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective leadership skills
Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills
Proactively approaches responsibilities
Maintains composure under pressure
Uses health and safety methods
Bilingual (for Québec locations only)

Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize operational efficiency.
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Allocate resources and distribute daily work duties to team members to ensure optimal shift and logistical operations.
Inspire and guide team members to improve KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods.
Assist with employee orientation and provide necessary information, technology, and tools.
Promote health and safety work methods within the warehouse.
Handle daily paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operational effectiveness and service levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
