OnBase Business Analyst
A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement OnBase solutions tailored to meet the needs of healthcare clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of OnBase applications.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while developing solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end users on OnBase functionalities.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
Stay updated with the latest OnBase features and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.
Mandatory Skills
Proven experience with Hyland OnBase, specifically in EHR and HIM environments.
Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., C#, Java, SQL).
Experience with OnBase workflow design and implementation.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Hyland OnBase.
Relevant certifications in OnBase or related technologies are a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

The pay range for this role is
$110,000 - $120,000 per annum
including any bonuses or variable pay.
