What You Will Be Doing
Support day-to-day operations for C-130 Electrical Wire Harness Fabrication
Interface with all levels of management as well as the represented workforce to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.
Gather relevant information systematically, consider a broad range of issues or factors; grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems or issues.
Build and maintain a strong network or utilize knowledge or experiences to influence solutions that benefit the business.
May stand in for supervision from time to time.
Must be a U.S. Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications
Experience relating to aircraft electrical manufacturing, maintenance, assembly, &/or modifications.
Experience planning, correcting, &/or leading projects of work.
Production / shop floor Experience.
Innovative and pro‑active in the area of continuous improvement.
Desired Skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical details.
Strong time management and multi‑tasking skills.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers and teams.
5 years experience relating to aircraft manufacturing, assembly or modifications.
Working knowledge and access to computer systems such as SFM, Qual Sight, &/or DIMS.
Location
Marietta, GA.
Work Setting
Onsite full‑time: Work performed at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule for this Position
4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
