What You'll Do
Support students with IEPs in inclusive classroom settings through collaboration and co‑teaching
Modify curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs with clear, measurable goals
Conduct diagnostic and functional behavior assessments and create effective behavior intervention plans
Use research‑based and culturally responsive practices to support academic and social‑emotional growth
Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and partnership
Serve as a key member of a collaborative school team that believes in shared success
Participate in school‑wide events and activities that strengthen community
What We're Looking For
Hold a current Ohio Intervention Specialist teaching license (required)
Have experience in inclusion classrooms, co‑teaching, or resource support
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
Are familiar with Ohio Learning Standards and Common Core
Value collaboration, coaching, and continuous improvement
Bring strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Are comfortable using basic technology (Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.)
Are committed to building meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Can pass required state and federal background checks
