full-time Irrigation Technician ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. Position Overview
The Irrigation Technician will support the maintenance and performance of the golf course irrigation system. This position plays a key role in delivering consistent playing conditions through efficient water use, system reliability, and attention to detail. This is a hands‑on role with opportunities for growth depending on experience and ability.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation components including heads, valves, pipes, and wiring

Diagnose system issues and complete timely, effective repairs

Assist with irrigation scheduling and system adjustments using central control (Rain Bird Cirrus Pro)

Monitor course conditions and perform hand watering as needed

Support water management practices including efficient use of effluent and co‑mingled water

Assist with irrigation system improvements and small projects

Communicate system issues and observations with the management team

Qualifications

Experience with golf course or landscape irrigation preferred

Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting

Ability to perform physical work outdoors in desert conditions

Valid driver’s license

Compensation

$20–$27 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability. Compensation will be based on skill level, with higher pay reserved for candidates who can contribute to system management, troubleshooting, and irrigation scheduling.

Outdoor position in varying weather conditions, including heat.
Early morning, weekend, and holiday work as needed.
