Our bartenders deliver high-quality service with professionalism, personality, and a genuine desire to help every guest feel at home. Whether it's pouring the perfect glass of wine, crafting a signature cocktail, or recommending a local brew, you’ll make memorable moments every shift.
Responsibilities
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and state laws.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and surfaces.
Operate the POS system accurately to process guest payments.
Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption in line with responsible service standards.
Collaborate with front desk and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service.
Restock bar inventory and maintain supply levels for efficient operation.
Create a welcoming environment and foster positive interactions with guests and teammates.
Flexible availability for evening shifts (5:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM), including weekends.
Qualifications
Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to serve alcohol under Minnesota state law.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
