We are hiring an
Executive Housekeeper
to oversee all housekeeping operations, lead and develop the housekeeping team, and maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. This role is key in delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and oversee all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping staff to meet high service and performance standards
Monitor staffing levels, productivity, and scheduling to ensure optimal departmental efficiency
Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to maintain brand standards and cleanliness excellence
Manage departmental budget, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment
Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management regarding room status, priorities, and special guest requests
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company proceduresAddress guest concerns regarding housekeeping promptly, professionally, and effectively
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and best practices for the department
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Report departmental performance, challenges, and successes to hotel leadership
Qualifications
Extensive hotel housekeeping experience required; prior supervisory or management experience preferred
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a large housekeeping team
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
Experience managing budgets, labor, and departmental operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards
Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
