Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive classroom environment, implement engaging lesson plans, and support the academic and emotional growth of our students.
Educate Elementary 1-8, K-8, or Middle Child 4-9
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance student learning.
Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
Foster a love for learning through creative and engaging teaching methods.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid Ohio teaching certification for elementary education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Thorough understanding of technology.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
Salary and benefits per negotiated contract. Applicants must pass a drug screening and background check.
