Key Accountabilities
Lead Louisiana-specific talent strategies, including workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
Ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation by managing HR delivery and maintaining 100% compliance with state and federal regulations.
Cultivate a highly engaged, high-performance workforce through engagement strategies, consultative coaching for leaders, and retention initiatives.
Create and maintain HR dashboards, interpret complex data sets (turnover, tenure, headcount), and utilize digital tools for automated reporting and actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an HRBP or relevant professional role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday and Google Suite; strong data analysis skills for data-driven decision-making.
Travel & Physical Requirements: Must have reliable transportation for regular visitation to various Louisiana locations.
Bi-weekly travel between Louisiana sites.
Occasional travel to The Woodlands, TX.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industrial, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
