Position Overview
We are a dealership that lives and breathes adventure, selling ATVs, motorcycles, side‑by‑side and jet skis. We want a Finance Manager who will help customers secure financing while ensuring compliance with regulations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in securing financing for multiple assets including powersports, RVs, marine, motorcycles, and vehicles.
Educate customers about available financing products and help them choose the best option based on their financial situation.
Work closely with lending institutions to negotiate terms and ensure timely processing of loan applications.
Maintain accurate records of all finance transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to streamline the customer experience and maximize satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financing regulations to effectively advise customers and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in the past 2–5 years in automotive, RVs, powersports, and/or HD financing is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of financial principles and lending practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office and finance management systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
