About the Role
We are looking for a
hands-on HR Business Partner
to support our U.S. teams across Sales, Product, R&D, and Operations.
This role combines
business partnering, recruiting, and HR execution , and requires someone who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support
recruiting efforts
for key roles across Sales, Product, R&D, and Operations
Build and manage candidate pipelines, especially for hard-to-fill roles
Partner with business leaders on organizational planning, hiring priorities, and team effectiveness
Provide support on employee relations and day-to-day HR matters
Support performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal policies
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams as needed
Requirements
Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required
This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
Ability to work fully on-site in Manteno, IL, 5 days per week is required
5+ years of HRBP or recruiting experience, with strong hands-on execution capability
Proven ability to support both hiring and broader HR responsibilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting both commercial and technical teams
Experience in fast-growing or multinational environments
