Compensation:

$114,250.00 – $120,986.93 annually (Tessera positions new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SWFPAC Manager to oversee the operation, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of facilities, roads, structures, and associated properties under the WSBOSC contract at SWFPAC Navy Base Bangor. Productivity, workplace safety, customer satisfaction, and team success depend on this leadership role.

Typical Duties

Provide incidental engineering support and manage the total work effort associated with the operations and maintenance of facilities, roads, and structures.

Act as subject matter expert for the review and approval of contractor plans and procedures related to the operation and maintenance of facilities, ensuring all activities align with regulations and standards.

Review, approve, and provide guidance on scopes of work and cost proposals related to maintenance, repair, and operational activities for the Government.

Ensure all duties focus on operation, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of facilities, roads, structures, and associated property.

Collaborate with other contractors, vendors, and government personnel to ensure seamless facility operations and project execution.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in facility management and engineering to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field; ABET accredited program preferred.

3-5 years of experience in Facility Management.

Equivalent combination of experience and education considered.

Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technical tools.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time.

Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, walking, standing or sitting for several hours, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up/down stairs.

Must persevere to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.

Requirements

Valid state driver's license; must obtain and maintain coverage with Tessera’s insurance.

Access to federal military installation requires REAL ID‑compliant driver's license or acceptable alternative (U.S. passport or military ID) as per REAL ID Act.

Must obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. Background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
