Job Description
Light Equipment Operator - 2nd Shift
Starting minimum rate of $22.50/hr (including shift differential)
Schedule
Monday - Friday
3:00pm - 11:00pm
Occasional overtime may be required, including weekends
$2/hr shift premium
Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. Set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs.
Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure optimal operation. May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed.
May coordinate the assignment of crew members and may provide training for new team members.
Qualifications
Requires knowledge of standard setups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment, and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment.
Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics and capabilities of the equipment.
Additional Information
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $20.50 - $23.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to, education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to the base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include a sign‑on bonus, overtime, shift differential, call‑in and stand‑by pay.
