Sodexo is seeking an

Environmental Services Manager

for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, located in Newark, New Jersey. This is over a 600-bed acute care facility managing a team of 35 union staff. In this role you will be responsible for the housekeeping department, managing 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), with rotating weekends. This position will report to an Operations Manager on-site. Free parking!

What You'll Do

Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.

Interact with patients and the staff.

Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development.

Maintain safety documentation and training for unit.
