Pay range of $19 to $24 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
Pay raise following paid training completion
Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

Requirements
Experience working with your hands – This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors – Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
Duties
Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
Communicate with the support team with questions
Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
Problem-solve repairs with creativity
