early morning starting between 4:00 am – 7:00 am; must be available on weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate:
$27.55 – $34.44.

Responsibilities
Greet guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly manner.
Brew, serve, and promote beverages according to recipes and standards.
Take beverage orders and input them into point-of-sale system.
Maintain cleanliness of work area and outlet.
Process payments accurately using point-of-sale, handling cash, credit, debit, and gift certificates.
Requisition, stock, and rotate products.
Secure and store all beverages, food, and equipment.
Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Attributes
Minimum 6 months experience as a barista in a high-volume, fast-paced coffee shop or cafe.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
Available to work a varied schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency values.
Demonstrated quality, productivity, and customer focus.
