Receptionist Officer
The Receptionist Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling various locations.
They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area, frequently providing customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
Responsibilities
Actively monitor premises, including access control and patrols.
Maintain order and enforce client site regulations.
Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
Qualifications
Background in receptionist, hospitality, or retail industry.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn; no prior customer service experience required.
Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
