Network Systems Administrator – 1st Shift, 7AM‑4PM – Wed‑Sun / Onsite 5 Days A Week – Mt Laurel, NJ

Key Responsibilities
Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
Cloud Operations: Administer cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and O365 for enterprise workloads and containerization.
Virtualization: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot VMware‑based environments.
System Monitoring: Use platforms such as SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance.
Incident Management: Lead network‑related incident resolution, ensuring SLAs and escalation when necessary.
Security Best Practices: Implement and support secure networking solutions on‑premise and in the cloud.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Cisco Nexus/Arista/Meraki switches, Cisco wireless controllers, and Windows, Linux, and Unix environments using ServiceNow ticketing.
Experience in NOC operations with Windows, Linux, and Unix environments via ServiceNow.
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, O365, VMware) and virtualization/containerization technologies.
Backup and DR support: Experience troubleshooting Rubrik, Zerto, ensuring data protection.
Experience with firewalls, routing protocols, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic priorities.
Preferred Skills
Network troubleshooting in data‑center environments (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
Familiarity with cloud‑based networking solutions (AWS, Azure, O365).
Knowledge of infrastructure capacity planning and performance tuning.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Understanding of security best practices, SIEM platforms, and endpoint protection.
Experience with advanced video streaming technologies and CDNs.
Qualifications
Provide game‑day support on major holidays.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
Certifications: CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent), ITIL and technical certifications in servers and/or cloud (preferred).
Experience: Demonstrated expertise in a complex, multisite environment.
Base Salary Range : $120,000 – $165,000 (annual)
