Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in El Cajon, CA, for an Industrial Maintenance Technician. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation. Daily tasks include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and addressing equipment malfunctions, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. Collaboration with team members to improve machinery performance and maintain production schedules is a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for various machinery and systems.
Experience in Electricity and electrical troubleshooting for industrial equipment.
Skilled in Maintenance tasks such as repair, upkeep, adjustment, and optimization of industrial machinery.
Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in technical processes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a collaborative team environment.
Basic understanding of safety regulations and workplace compliance standards.
Relevant technical certifications or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or a related field is a plus.
