Environmental Services (EVS) / Housekeeping

Join our team as an EVS Aide to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for meticulous cleaning and sanitizing of patient rooms and common areas, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, patient rooms, and public areas according to hospital standards.
Properly handle and dispose of biohazardous and regular waste.
Operate specialized floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers and vacuums.
Follow all safety, Joint Commission/CMS regulations, and infection control protocols.
Ensure EVS closets and equipment are clean, organized, and secure.
Schedule is Wednesday - Sunday
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One (1) year housekeeping experience required, preferably in a hospital or medical setting.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
Knowledge of cleaning and disinfectant product
