Non-CDL position
The Auto Parts Warehouse Delivery Driver will determine the priority of deliveries, receive and review delivery orders for completeness, and maintain a clean driving record while adhering to company policy. Deliveries will focus on automotive replacement parts and may include heavy‑duty parts, automotive and industrial paint, and body shop supplies from our Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts retail store locations.
Replacement Parts, Inc. is a privately held business with more than 1,400 employees across 12 states and 220 locations in the aftermarket automotive parts, paint and heavy‑duty parts business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, including assessing customer needs and evaluating satisfaction.
Abide by traffic laws and ensure safe vehicle operation.
Determine delivery priority and select the most timely and efficient route unless directed by a manager.
Process orders and related documents by reviewing for completeness and clarity before delivery.
Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and inspections.
Drive safely in various weather and traffic conditions.
Maintain a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Check in freight, stock, and retrieve parts.
Handle cash and credit transactions.
Answer telephone calls and assist customers.
Assist with store inventory and other location inventory as assigned.
Keep the facility clean inside and outside (sweep, mop, pick up trash, rearrange stock).
Adhere to scheduled work time unless authorized by a manager.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, or motivation to pursue a GED. Automotive parts and/or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; and present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers and colleagues.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to perform basic arithmetic, compute rates, ratios and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Apply common sense to carry out detailed but straightforward instructions. Handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Basic computer knowledge, including web browsing and Microsoft Office.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Driver’s License (Class E required for Missouri locations) with a clean driving record.
Physical Demands
Required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and speak or hear; occasionally sit, climb, or balance. Must lift and/or move 10–25 pounds regularly and occasionally 50 pounds. Requires close and distance vision.
Work Environment
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, wet/humid conditions, outside weather, high places, fumes, chemicals, and electrical shock. Noise level usually moderate.
