Spray Technician
to join our team in
Broadview Heights, OH . As a Spray Technician, you will be responsible for applying deer repellent treatments, maintaining equipment, and providing reliable service to customers.

Day shift

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2 or 4‑year technical degree in horticulture or a related field preferred
Ability to quickly learn plant identification, landscaping techniques, and treatment methods
Enjoys working outdoors and doing physical work
Cable of safely handling and operating up to a 50‑lb backpack sprayer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members
Well‑spoken, reliable, organized, detail‑oriented, and flexible
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
Must successfully complete DISC assessment, background check, and drug screening
Responsibilities
Complete all assigned customer deer deterrent sprays for each day.
Quickly learn and apply knowledge of deer behavior and deer‑resistant landscaping (training provided within the first 3‑6 weeks).
Apply treatments accurately using proper spray techniques to ensure full landscape coverage.
Follow property‑specific instructions and service notes for each customer.
Accurately document job details using both digital and manual reporting systems.
Clean and maintain spray equipment at the end of each workday.
Complete all assigned regional jobs with weekly deadlines, weather permitting.
Submit daily job statistics, clock in/out each day, and track expenses as required.
Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Keep company vehicle clean and assist with property overspray prevention.
Support marketing efforts by distributing materials during peak service periods.
Work directly with the business owner and management team.
Assist with additional duties during non‑spray periods as assigned.
Provide constructive feedback to improve daily operations.
