THE OPPORTUNITY: PAID PCA TRAINING (NORWICH CORPORATE OFFICE)
The Location:
All training takes place at our
Norwich, CT Corporate Office.
The Schedule:
April 28,29,30 thru May 5,6,7 - Tuesday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM for two intensive weeks.
Earn While You Learn:
You receive compensation during the program. We invest in your skills from Day 1.
Placement:
Upon successful completion and orientation, you will be eligible to begin your career as a Certified PCA with our clients!

Assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and dressing.
Supporting mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
Monitoring nutritional intake and providing vital medication reminders.
Acting as a professional advocate for families, providing peace of mind and extraordinary care.
QUALIFICATIONS
We hire for character and train for skill. To qualify for the April 13th class, you must have:
Mobility:
A valid Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (with your name listed on the policy).
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Availability:
A commitment to the training schedule and the ability to work weekends once matched with a client.
Professionalism:
Excellent interpersonal skills and a "ready to work" mindset.
