Job Description Summary
The Program Manager, Commercial BI Developer collaborates with the Commercial team, corporate stakeholders, and IT team to support the ongoing development and advancement of Breakthru's enterprise analytical capabilities. This role will play a crucial role in delivering business insights into the hands of our internal and external stakeholders, so they can make data‑driven decisions that drive healthy business growth.

Job Description
This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home. This role can be performed from most Breakthru Beverage office Location.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and audit datasets and Power BI dashboards based on requirements.

Oversee relevant BI platform landscape (technology, administration & governance) in partnership with IT.

Collaborate with partners, and internal and external stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize product enhancements with a focus on valuable business outcomes.

Lead required training & advocacy for all stakeholders and industry partners.

Aid in the creation of training/support materials with learning, leadership, and sales team.

Partner with IT architects and engineers counterparts to design and maintain scalable/stable infrastructure that enable consistent iterative improvements.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or equivalent training and work experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence and/or information management

Ability to translate Business requirements to Technology requirements and vice versa

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query M, and SQL

Advanced proficiency in data modeling

Demonstrated effectiveness in leading cross‑functional workstreams and projects to completion, under budget and on schedule.

Must be a results‑oriented professional with strong verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills

Ability to multi‑task, work independently and/ou r within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines

Analytic, organizational, and reporting skills

Utilize sound judgement and problem‑solving skills

Ability to provide relevant, actionable, data‑driven advice to management

Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume, team environment

Ability to understand complex business and technology processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in beverage alcohol or consumer package goods.

Knowledge of data warehouse tools such as Snowflake(DBT) or DataBricks.

Knowledge of designing and building a scalable BI infrastructure.

Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python) / DBT.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Competencies

May help coordinate the work of junior members of the team.

Resolves issues which are often varied and non‑routine. Undertakes analysis and investigation to solve issues.

Knowledge and experience with Power BI implementation, data modeling, DAX, Power Query and SQL

Salary And Benefit Statement
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience.

Compensation

$76,000 - $100,000 Salary Range

15% Annual Bonus
