
Facilities Cleaning Associate at Sanctuary Littleton

Duties/Responsibilities
Trash removal
Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces throughout the facility
Dusting, sweeping, vacuum rugs and washing floors throughout
Clean and sanitize refrigerators, including interior and exterior surfaces
Clean and maintain breakroom and kitchen appliances, including microwaves, toasters, cocoa machines, popcorn makers, coffee makers, water fountains, air fryers, and other equipment as needed
Clean and sanitize all restrooms; restock supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispensers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room; ensure supplies such as detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper are stocked
Perform weekly cleaning of the men’s locker/changing room
Assist with stocking vending machines as needed
Monitor inventory of supplies (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, cups, laundry detergent) and report restocking needs
Perform spot cleaning as needed, including spills, debris, and tracked-in dirt
Clean offices and additional areas upon request
Collaborating with IPM team and other members of facilities team
Laundry duties include upkeeping of room, running and changing of laundry loads, folding, sorting by size and putting away uniforms
Routine maintenance of custodial equipment
Window and mirror cleaning
Exterior grounds support as assigned to include but not limited to snow removal, walkway clearing, raking, etc.
Identify and report safety hazards, spills, and maintenance issues to facility director
Properly use, store, and maintain cleaning chemicals/supplies/equipment in compliance with SDS sheets, CCC regulations and Osha
Demonstrate flexibility in schedule, including varying shifts, weekends, evenings, holidays and extended hours as operational needs require
Reliable attendance

Realigns furniture and amenities according to layout
Other duties as needed

Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures and site and job specific training

Must be at least 21 years of age
Education and Experience
Bloodborne pathogen certified (preferred)
Physical Requirements
Moderate lifting and carrying (50 lbs.); heavier weights with assistance
Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air
Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to manage repetitive hand movements including rotation if the wrists and small movements of fingers and hands
Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, and perform tasks at ground level as needed
