Job Description
As the Office Manager for our Oregon location, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of Handcrafted Wine & Spirits. You will work closely with local leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain an organized, efficient, and productive office environment. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing administrative functions, coordinating internal processes, supporting communication across departments, and ensuring office systems and procedures run effectively.
You will help manage vendor relationships and take the lead on accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and collections. This role is essential to keeping our Oregon operations running seamlessly as we continue to grow and expand. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations for the Oregon location to ensure efficiency and organization across departments.
Manage administrative processes, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support Oregon business needs.
Lead accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections follow‑up.
Maintain accurate financial records related to receivables and support reporting as needed.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and overall workplace functionality.
Help improve and implement office systems and operational procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
Experience with accounts receivable or basic accounting functions preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Ability to work independently and adapt in a growing, fast‑paced environment.
Experience in distribution, logistics, or the alcohol industry is a plus.
Familiarity with Oregon business operations or regulatory environment is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary of
$50,000–$53,000 annually , based on experience.
