An established estate planning firm is growing and looking for friendly, motivated professionals to join our team as Part-Time Appointment Setters . This is a great opportunity if you enjoy talking with people, want consistent weekly pay, and like working in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Position Highlights

Warm leads only – no cold calling
Autodialer system provided
Weekly payroll
Convenient location near UTC (off I-75, Exit 213)

Bradenton, FL 34201
(Conveniently located behind BJ’s at UTC, Exit 213)
About the Role
You will be speaking with retirees who have already expressed interest in learning more about estate planning services. Your primary responsibility is to connect them with our knowledgeable sales representatives by setting qualified appointments. We provide the leads, the tools, and the training—you bring your professionalism and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Call warm leads using our autodialer and follow a provided script
Qualify potential members based on established criteria
Schedule qualified appointments for field representatives
Coordinate appointments based on location, travel range, and rep availability
Document call outcomes accurately in our system
Handle and overcome objections using training tools and scripting
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor on every call
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment
What We’re Looking For
Excellent telephone etiquette and clear articulation
Ability to follow scripts and remain compliant with guidelines
Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor
Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting is a plus
Interest or experience in estate planning is helpful, but not required
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Strong work ethic and reliability – shows up ready to work every day
Comfortable working with Windows-based programs
Able to work under deadlines while remaining detail-oriented
Able to work independently while also being a team player
Confident communication and basic negotiating skills
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour plus bonuses
Pay: Weekly payroll
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
Possible Saturdays as needed
